Field Superintendents

The Field Superintendent position is a hands-on job and will be responsible for self-performed work in support of our Senior Project Managers (SPM) in all aspects of the projects to which he/she is assigned. The successful candidate will have experience with hands-on work in residential service, be familiar with addressing punch lists, have a keen eye for quality, and follow directions from project management staff to deliver a superior finished product. This is an opportunity to learn and grow while providing critical support to a dynamic field team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal services team as well as external sub-vendors to complete projects and punch lists on time.
  • Inspect and create initial bids for our clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule work directly with sub-vendors to complete open issues and set quality expectations to contractors of timelines and quality.
  • Frequently inspect projects to verify quality, work in progress and take photos of progress of the projects. · Oversee project schedules to ensure strict timelines are met and jobs are in sequence.
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure all identified punch list items are completed either by the subcontractor or you as the working specialist.
  • Complete property inspections, deliver materials, close out project deficiency lists.
  • Communicate issues and problems that may delay projects.
  • Recruit and onboard various vendors in the market.
  • Able to complete some basic repairs as needed to reduce cycle times.
  • Ensure all workplace safety standards and practices are upheld.

You Should Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential construction renovation.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of the basic workings of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & high-performance standards.
  • Must be computer literate in Excel, Word, Windows and etc.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral & written).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a multi-task environment.
  • Proven record of working independently.
  • An effective team player.
  • Ability to work when work needs to be done.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform regular site visits
