For the markets that require winterization (all clients in the states knows this meaning) we will ensure the property is:

• Heat system is operating properly or will drain it if occupancy is further out
• Plumbing is winterized properly
• Do a quick property inspection to insure it is up to par
• Get the overall home prepared for the upcoming season
